    The Committee on Pensions and Retirement moves to amend the bill on page five, section twelve, line seventy-two, following the word “divorce” by inserting the words “or annulment”; and

    On page five, section twelve, line eighty-five, following the word “retirant” by striking the remainder of the sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “change the retirement benefit option pursuant to the provisions of this subdivision.”
